Keith Rye is a member of ICAEW (1978), ACCA (1997). He is Ex- Training Manager of Price water house Coopers and other reputed companies.
He is one of the most senior tutors, being responsible for the design and delivery of exam-based training courses study material and also for tailored corporate courses in IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.

Abhishek Asthana is Chartered Accountant and member of ICAI. He has undergone through latest developments in the field of finance and accounts, which includes all of the IFRS in detail. He has been part of IFRS Convergence team in several corporate accounts. He has worked as part of impact analysis team of corporate to study the effect of IFRS adoption on various segments of company. He has Assisted in developing a detailed plan for first time adoption of IFRS. Developing formats to be used in showing the flow of financial information while making conversion of accounts from Indian GAAP to IFRS.

Jatinder Batra is B.Sc (Hons) in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University, London, UK and a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK). He holds expertise in fields of IFRS, SARBANES OXLEY, XBRL, Combined Code, Corporate Governance Norms. He has worked in Hindustan Lever Limited, Grant Thornton, Rakesh Singla & Associates, & was a professor in IBS, Hyderabad.

D.S. Rawat is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His area of specialization is Accounting and Auditing, Indian GAAP, IFRS & US GAAP. He is having more than 25 years of experience and has authored several books of Taxmann. He has actively delivered lectures on IFRS, CPA & others accounting topics invarious companies, Banks, NBFC, and Regulatory authorities.

Shân Kennedy is a consultant who advises on IFRS and valuation matters. Shân's previous experience includes more than 20 years working in the Big 4 accounting practices. She also spent 4 years working at the UK Accounting Standards Board when Sir David Tweedie was the chairman. Shân has advised both ABN Amro and Lloyds TSB on their transition to IFRS. She has also presented at many IFRS conferences in London, Europe, the Middle East and India. Shân has written intangible asset valuation guidance for the International Valuation Standards Council which was issued in 2007 and 2009. She is a contributing author to two books published in 2009: Practical Share Valuation, 5th Edition, published by Tottel, and to Q Finance, 'The Ultimate Resource' published by Bloomsbury Information in various companies, Banks, NBFC, and Regulatory authorities.

Ashok Sahi is a qualified CPA (USA), Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant (India) with 24 years experience in the areas of Strategic Business Planning, Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Budgeting, IFRS, US GAAP and Sox, International Accounting and taxation. A Strategic planner with proficiency in conducting business analysis and project feasibility studies with proven ability of spearheading new business Initiatives. A keen analyst with excellent relationship management skills and abilities in liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and various regulatory authorities. He has also developed various course materials for training graduates and CAs on US GAAP, IFRS, International Accounting and Taxation.
