Member of ICAEW, ACCA, he is working with ATC international (UK) as operations manager. He is ex training manager of price water house coopers. He is also responsible for the design and delivery of exam-based training courses study material and also for tailored corporate courses in IFRS and international standards on auditing.
Member of ICAI. He has undergone through latest developments in the field of finance and accounts, which includes all of the IFRS in detail. He has been part of IFRS Convergence team in several corporate accounts. He has also assisted in developing a detailed plan for first time adoption of IFRS.
Shan Kennedy is a consultant on IFRS and valuation matters. Shân has worked for more than 20 years in the Big 4 firms and for 4 years at the UK Accounting Standards Board. She has assisted companies like ABN Amro and LloydsTSB in transition to IFRS . Shân has also written various valuation guidance for the International Valuation Standards Council.
Academics Head at PIRON Education - A Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He is a Managing Partner of a CA Firm engaged in providing Credit & Collection services to banking organizations like Barclays, Standard Chartered , ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank etc. He is currently managing team of around 200 people.
CPA (USA), Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant (India) with 24 years experience in Finance, IFRS, US GAAP, Sox, International Accounting and taxation. He has also developed various course materials on US GAAP, IFRS, International Accounting and Taxation.

Rawat, He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI).He has more than 25 years of experience in Accounts, Audit, Indian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP&SOX, Direct Tax, etc. He has provided corporate training in various companies, banks, NBFC, infrastructure companies, insurance and regulatory authorities. He has also authored several books for Taxmann.

Kapil Arora
ACCA (UK), he has assisted many UK practice firm. He has joined PIRON from Wipro where he was working as a senior accounts officer. He has in depth expertise in IFRS and has written many training manuals as well.
